the provided sample is really small
but i guess they didn't have the real Serpentine Bold Oblique, so the used the Medium Oblique, and added a poor bold in a graphics software like photoshop.

Lol oh that kinda kills it, I was looking for it as I was going to use a version of it for my business' font....lol doesn't pay to be overused though.

oh, yeah, if it's for your business, forget about it...
everybody will think you created the logo in the mid 90s
