I'm a student making a game which I eventually hope to use for commercial purposes. I would like to use the cookies font (http://www.dafont.com/cookies.font) in the logo and throughout the game, but there is not information about the author either on dafont or in the zip file.

If you are the author, please let me know how I can contact you.
If you know of the author or whether it would be legal for me to use the font, I'd also appreciate your input.

Someone else had also started this topic (http://www.dafont.com/forum/read/9264/cookies-font), but it was posted a year ago.

Author never bothered to mention his/her name let alone license and/or contact info.
This one can be considered a freebee.
