I've seen it used on different blogs (
http://frufly.blogspot.com and
www.joridkvam.com), so I think it's a font
Nothing like it on joridkvam. The font on frufly.blogspot is different from your (handwritten) sample. There is only one common letter, the n, but these are not the same.
http://www.joridkvam.com/2010/07/good-start.html
but now I'm thinking it could be one of those where each letter is a word (lousy explanation, I know..), like many of those found here
http://kevinandamanda.com/fonts/fontsforpeas/ The one on frufly.blogspot is the
Mrs Blackfort.
Try thank you and you will be shocked thinking is is the same as your sample.
The one on
http://www.joridkvam.com/2010/07/good-start.html is also handwritten and
again completely different from your (handwritten) sample.
Are you one of those who think 'I see it on a screen, thus it is a font'?

The links between the letters is perfect but cever in the same point (vertical position). It's not a font.
Or, if it's a font, it was handly modified with a graphical software (but I don't thing so).
