Confessions doesn't have lowercase, but uppercase looks like the same.
Could be a custom made based on Gillies Gothic. I doubt you will find the original. Give it a try

Yes, it's Arial, I just confirmed it overlapping image and font. "A" and "R" are just filled with black. I mean you can do this yourself with Arial if you haven't a lot of time, there may be another font already filled.

Bauhaus is a good alternative. Another one could be: Expressa EF, Pump Light.
It's not Reboard. I think it's Arial Bold (or Arial Special G1 Bold) modded (well, actually were modded only "A" and "R" letters)
