Using a font identifier, I compared the details of the letters in the alphabet, it is similar to the UniSans font, but what changes is the letter 'L' - l, in small caps. In UniSans, the letter 'L' - ɭ, it's a bit curved. Although on Mafia III there's no curve on the letter 'l', so it's not UniSans. The Lintel font match all of them.
