The font used in the linked image is Cinnamon Cake. That is likely the base font used and was modified in a graphics program to come out with the image in your original post. If the IJ ligature is not available in the version here at Dafont, you will find that in the commercial version of the font.
I was trying to edit your post to show the linked image but for some reason it won't show.
