To me it seems like a mixing of Fear Factor, Xirod and Battlefield.

I'm 100% sure 2k Games doesn't use free fonts. When you have a product that is making you money. Commercial grade components are critical to avoiding being sued.

The rule of thumb is if you didn't create it; you should have some sort of documentation telling you it was created for free commercial use. If not then it's more than likely a rip off a Monotype font.
