This font was used on everything Power Rangers back in the 90s. Sheets, coloring books, toys. Any idea what it was or what font gets as close as possible?

For when someone runs across this page again, as I have, the closest font to the lowercase letters is Fette Fraktur. It's obviously edited a bit, but it's mostly the same. The capital C is original.
