This specific intro comes from Episode 614.
It says 'The secret played by the diary (Part 1)' then some kanji with furigana.
Note that the edges of the characters in the font are jagged.
It is possible that the English and Japanese are from the same or different font.
But I am sure that they come from a font because the 'A', 'T', 'D', 'R' and other repeated characters are the same.
