I think it's Copperplate Gothic. Thoughts?

Hey guys, this is a very historical piece in my hometown, would you mind identifying it for me? I think it's similar to Gothic but no luck.

I kinda broke a friend's boat graphic and I need to replace it. I found a company that does it, but they need the original font, can you guys help me find it? It's the one that says Kraken it is similar to Blade 2 font, but not quite there.
