Help me identify this terrible font that I can't believe someone actually wants me to use on their project.

Doesn't have to be the outlined/shadow version.

It's either Helvetica Medium or Heavy Condensed

You will need to put a drop shadow and outline on it to make it look like the example.

It might be hand-drawn but all the letters match that are the same so I'm hoping for a miracle.
