I'm sure I've seen this font before but I've just spent an hour going through dafont and cannot find it so asking for help...

Would have been created in the early 1990's

A mate has asked me to cut him some vinyl decals to match his existing ones but he doesn't know the font, it sort of looks like Futura but the slopes on the bottom and side of the four is making it something else, can anyone help? Sorry about the blury pic but that's all my mate sent me.

Client has asked me to make them some more signs but doesn't know the name of the font, can anyone please help identify?
