Thanks Menhir, with a little drop/inner shadowing perfect-dos-vga does the job.

I'm hoping someone can point me to a font similar to the font used on the buttons in Browser Quest (see image).
I know they drew those letters by hand, but I'm hoping I can find a font very similar to save some work.

The closest I've used so far is Terminal on windows.
