I've been seeing this script font alot on Instagram and can't seem to figure out what it is.

Anyone know what this serif would be for "Realtors". I'm recreating a logo for a client who decides to provide me a jpeg and i wanted to avoid live tracing and fixing points. Any help would be much appreciated.

when in illustrator, turn the font into outlines. copy the object and place in back. with the back copy selected go to object > offset path and turn on the preview and select the outer outlining width that you like the best.
