The closest font I could find is called Nicotine.

Looks like Didot Bold but the X looks condensed. So it's either something else or a modified or condensed version.

Depending on what your doing Didot Bold may just do the trick.

It's Helvetica Neue 86 Heavy with an added shear angle of 10 degrees with black lines over it.
