I know we’ve all seen this font a million times but I can’t peg it down. Any help?

The G in Springs is making me think it's modified too... You could try inline fonts like Ashley Inline or Phosphate Inline though or maybe even combine the characteristics of the two to create what you're trying to create. Good luck!

It's pretty similar to Signerica but I don't think it's quite right. But it could probably be modified a little bit to give the same overall look.
Any help would be greatly appreciated! Have a client who loves this font

That looks hand drawn to me... every "E" is different.

It looks like Signerica to me with maybe the "r" being modified a little bit. I could be wrong, but it's close.
