UPDATE: I found it myself. The kerning was changed, but I'm 99% sure this is the right font.

What font is this? Any help is appreciated.
I thought it could possibly be an Open Type font with swashes, similar to Piel Script (http://sudtipos.com/fonts/142).
Does anyone know this font?
