Turns out this is a font called "Anisette"

Pretty sure it's the NES system font, there are a few ttf remakes out there, be sure to use no smoothing on it and scale it up by hand if needed.

Comes very close, R-shape is different though (maybe even edited by hand)
P was most likely edited.
