This one should be easy, I'm sure I've seen it before: the "Of Heights" font is the one I can't trace. The other ones I found easily, it's just the middle one I can't trace.

I've had a good search through all the gothic, horror and sci-fi fonts here and I'm 90% sure it's an unaltered font. Found a few in the gothic folder that are close but nothing matches the "serifs" on the feet and the splits at the tops of the I and d.

I believe it's a fairly standard font but am running out of ideas. Any one know?
