Is it the same font, as the "Split/Second" Title?

Hey guys, I'm just wondering if someone would be able to create a font alphabet, that looks similar to the Split Second Title, in this picture, or can find a similar font around the web?
I've been trying to find something excat/similar to it for the past couple of days, with no luck...

I would like to use it in some of my stuff...
