I believe it's Avante Garde, it's just that the insides are taken out and the "A" is turned into a triangle.....all very simple editing steps.

Well the "m"s are not the same, so it is very likely this was hand-created, not using a font.

Looks like it could have well been a hand-drawn logo, but does anyone know of a font real similar to this horror-like style?
