I don't know if you refer to the biggest of the two fonts around the circle (which I think is Engravers) or to the font of the letters "OC", which I couldn't identify.

I couldn't tell if the letters are just "a little bit costumized" or if they have been drawn from scratch, but I dare to guess that's not an actual font.

Though it seemed to be the font at a glance, then I noticed some differences, specially the in the shape of the letter "m". However, it may prove useful -it's the most similar font I've been able to find.

The font is Goudy Old Style with small caps. If you use Windows you surely have it 'cos it comes with the operative system. Hope it helps you!
