It is Perfect Dark, They used a program called "illustrator" to tweak the letters.

Seems to be more of a drawing. Check out the Comic font section tho.
Umm not sure what you are looking for, but the font on the keys are,

Might be a font. but not likely. Agreed with boneheadart. This could just be drawn then pen tool'd into photoshop.
