Did you install the font?
If you're running windows, usually you can right click the font (I believe it's a .tff or .ttf) and install the font.
If it's installed then it should show up in your font list.

That doesn't look like either 7 or 9.
The user doesn't want to answer me, and I would LOVE to know what Font 7 and 9 are!
