This Fitness Water wordmark was not made by simply sloping an existing font, cutting creases in _P_ and _p_ and adding a top serif to _l_.
Here is the logo, skewed 22 degrees left, so that it is upright

Note that there is no harmony between any of the four curved corners on _o_ and _e_.

The only letter that resembles an existing font is the _r_, which is similar to the _r_ found in Akzidenz Grotesk, and various other fonts.

Baskerville Nr 1 SH would seem to be a good candidate for the extensive modification needed to replicate BARCELON

Handlettered -- note minor differences in repeating letters _f_, _r_, _e_ etc. -- in a monoline style of circa 1900.
Santa's Sleigh has a similar style.

Difficult to say for certain at this scale and with only these letters...

Top Secret is also close enough for most scary clowns, and free. You have to delete the framing bars from top and bottom

This is a design for builders metal numbers in an Art Deco style which might not be an exact match to a font.
I found a full set of numbers in this set under the name Modern Avalon, which can be used in selecting fonts that could be used for similar numbers. Note the flat top _3_, open top _4_ and geometric circle _0_.


A quick check shows that Plaza has similar, but not identical, _3_, _5_, _8_ and _0_.
Sidewalk Cafe BF has similar _6_ and _9_, particularly if they are rotated 15 or so degrees.

Not a font question.
But if you want to do this, the usual method is to use Photoshop textures. You can start with a tutorial, such as the ones at http://www.vandelaydesign.com/photoshop-tutorials-textures/

BTW, Ireland has a copyright date of 1992, so I expect it would have been bundled with all Corel versions since that date.

I doubt that this was a font.
However, it has some similarity to a 19th century font called Monastic.

For high quality free versions I like:
1. Ireland, which came as a ps outline font bundled with my Corel 8. Almost identical to the Adobe/Linotype Ironwood, but manages to do it with fewer nodes.
2. Ironhorse by Fontry http://www.thefontry.com/ironfamily -- wider than the image but still high quality and has a nice flair to the spikes. Compress the width and do some editing and you can match PESO
