For "italiani imo" we have the font Susanna, modified. But for the tow "ss" I'm sure if they are a font, but custom work.

Font Sofia, release in 2008 as I see in the properties of the first Sofia. 2012, a new one, the Pro. The designer changed some letters. But for the OSCARS Logo it's Sofia, the Standard, just. I still found JUST one for sale and you can see in the link.
