This fonts TTF are not "single line". It's surfaces lookink like single lines.
It's not possible to create TTF with single lines.

I dont know a software that can transform AUTOMATICALY a bitmap to a GOOD font.
If you scan with a coarse resolution, you'll have a bad look for the font.
If you scan with a fine resolution, you'll have a heavy file for the font.

The only good way to transform a bit map to a good font, is what Claude said here :

Use the bitmap as a layer and recreate all the letters manualy as vectorial.
It's a long work, not only a conversion.

But if you unzip the ".zip" files, you will have TTF or OTF files.

If you use a text editor (like Word), you can modify the Format of the texte, using a condensed or expanded options with the good ratio.

La police que tu souhaites doit être téléchargée en appuyant sur le bouton Télécharger.

Pour pouvoir l'utiliser dans tes logiciel, tu dois l'installer comme expliqué dans le lien que t'a donné Claude.

Pour cela, il faut commencé par la décompacter (sortir ce que contient le fichier ZIP).
Les polices sont les fichier TTF et OTF qu'il contient.

Si tu veux juste imprimer une police pour voir à quoi elle ressemble, tu peux faire un bouble clic dessus. Une fenètre d'affichage s'ouvrira pour te montrer à quoi elle ressemble. En laissant cette fenètre ouverte, tu peux ouvrir un traitement de texte, taper le texte de ton choix, sélectionner la police que tu as ouverte pour l'appliquer à ton texte et l'imprimer.

Cependant, si tu penses l'utiliser régulièrement, je te conseille de faire une vrai installation (voir la FAQ).

Tu peux aussi installer un logiciel de gestion de polices (voir http://www.dafont.com/fr/soft.php#1 ). Il y en a qui sont gratuit ou que l'on peut essayer gratuitement comme Font Lister. Ils te permettent de consulter l'aspect de toutes les polices que tu as installées ou stockées et d'en imprimer des échantillons.
