is it written that you can't modify the characters using your favorite graphic software ? (even if you don't export the design as a font)

i understand what you say, but when you're talking about "restrictions on modification in the font license", i just think that the designer didn't touch the ttf or otf file.

Seems to be a mix of fonts (look at both i, and more generally look at the general strange feeling)
Bauhaus Bold is a good basis for i and b of the second word (Vibe)

it's not the same, but maybe Primex will fit your needs...

if it's from football shirts, the font is probably copyrighted and unavailable for ordinary mortals
