I don't know if you will find this face - it may have been typeset in 1937... and was never digitized. There are a few similar ones such as:
Old Republic on Dafont
FF Gothic on Font-Bureau
QTypeSquare on Font Shop
Even Eurostile and Bank Gothic could be made to work...

It is similar to Century Gothic. (BerthoCnui) I don't know where they got the l, s or g from...
