It's why I'm in a creative field...

Yes, I've been enjoying it. I invited the Sparrow to come play with us again - and I'm wondering if I should write Tophy - we've been in touch on Facebook.
I still visit the site we used in exile... and I did finally get to Paris... it was empty!
Fred, do you remember when one of the mods found a few pages from the old forum? I was hysterical - tears rolling down my eyes...

The short English translation of the Sesame Baguette would be - Some ingrates tend to give poor examples, if any at all, and they want their font. We do the best we can to accommodate them. Many times the font requested is a commercial a - you must pay for it -- font. So the person complains, they do not say, thank you for spending your time finding out what font this was for me - instead, they have a limited vocabulary (that is not appreciated) and they want to know where they can get that font for free. After all, why should they have to pay?
The Sesame Baguette is something to do with going to a bakery and ordering one - and not getting it. Short and sweet...
PS malvolio - drf has used It's a commercial font, so you'll have to pay for it if you want to use it way more ties then you realize. You weren't here for all the times before...
This group is tame! I kind of miss the wild, wild "font" west...
Bir şey değil.
I don't think this is a font because of of the differences in the same letters as they are repeated.
Similar to Walter is

and Similar to prototyp is I haven't a clue - the Y is throwing me off.
Makes me want to only use English then...

batiste is very similar to Image Club's Eclat Obliqued... which is similar to Nick Curtis' Creampuff
My pleasure... you know, I don't always get it right

Hightower matches the letter formation - but it does not match the "antique-ness" of the sample. These do not match the sample - but have that old feel to it:
http://www.myfonts.com/fonts/adobe/celestia-antiqua/
http://www.myfonts.com/fonts/grouptype/caslon-antique/ You are right boomtown - it is a Gothic... but don't give up - you are suggesting a good freebie...

ah I did not see that - it was too early in the morning for me...

Why? The weight of Andes looks like a match - the original font is a lighter weight.
