No offense, but couldn't you have said that before? Your question could have meant a number of things. Do you have a picture of it? If you do post a picture of it on the ID forum on this site.
Last but not least, the copyright symbol is basically a c in a circle. Were all the other letters this way, encircled? Then that's not a symbol, that's a just a certain design.

Usually most fonts (not all, quite a few do not) come with the copyright symbol (you have to see the character map).
