I believe this is a font based on Wynn's signature - and not available to the pubic...

This might have been customized for Contecar - and not a font for purchase/use. Very similar to Bauhaus - but it isn't.

I have a feeling the ONE was customized. You could take something like Dafont's Duplexide: http://www.dafont.com/duplexide.font?text=ONE for the O and E, oblique them and then make your "N"
