I haven't taken the time to study the individual personality of the letters showing - but when it came to movie posters - we use to use the Univers family - in the extra condensed version of the fonts. I think online there is a free font, that should be similar with MOVIE in its name. Also nice to use would be from the old Image Club - Ultra Condensed Sans 1 and 2.

I had clicked on someone's ID'd font - and they had set it up in purple - I never knew you could do it - next we'll try lime green! LOL

The font looks like House Industires - Chalet - NY 1980
but condensed slightly by a human being at a computer
and then placed in Photoshop for all those neat effects.
