I haven't taken the time to study the individual personality of the letters showing - but when it came to movie posters - we use to use the Univers family - in the extra condensed version of the fonts. I think online there is a free font, that should be similar with MOVIE in its name. Also nice to use would be from the old Image Club - Ultra Condensed Sans 1 and 2.
