Do you have a larger sample to show us? I tried to blow this up - but the nuances of the individual characters gets lost. Meanwhile it looks like three different fonts were used.
The original was for typositor - called PIONEER - it use to have alternatives...

This sample is from 1991 or earlier. It's ITC Lubalin from old type shops. When we had alternatives.
