Monday is Helvetica Pro Black. The tracking has been pulled in.

It's Didot, but to me it looks scaled in just a hair, maybe 95 percent.
It's either bold or black. I can't tell because the sample is small.

It's a texture or treatment applied in a graphic arts program such as Adobe Illustrator.

It's not a font. It was custom lettered by Ian Brignell.
