It's not the problem, it's just that the site you mentioned is full of commercial fonts that can be downloaded for free, and so, illegal.

Perhaps just because something simple like this (at that size, and distorted because of the T-shirt rendering) may match hundreds of similar "simple" sans-serif fonts
