Mieux vaut utiliser un gestionnaire de typo : http://www.dafont.com/fr/soft.php#1 pour ensuite n'installer que celles dont on a besoin. Je tourne avec 200-300 typos d'installées et c'est déjà beaucoup.

To answer your question, i don't know how much this kind of work could be charged but I assume it won't be cheap... As making a working font with googd kerning and all pro stuff is 70% of a font job. The design is one thing, making a fully exploitable font is clearly another.
