A quick search did not find a match. Shapes similar to Spire. Terminals similar to Pall Mall. However neither font can be marked as the source of these letters.

Royal Viking might not exist as a digital font.
As for a substitute, the closest I found in a quick search is Roxy Black Italic. Increase the slope and widen for a closer substitute.
Hermosa is another font derived from the same 19th centry source as Harrington and Rossetti, and IIRC it uses the original name. Minor differences from your image.
Rossetti is close but has minor differences, e.g. the foot on _n_

Egyptian ExtraBold Condensed -- a 19th century font perhaps available in 1976 in film format. Same as the digital version by Wooden Type Fonts.
You could use Egyptienne, aka Egyptian Bold Condensed, as a substitute, but the counters are a little more open than MONTREAL 76. Available from URW++, Mecanorma, & Scangraphic.

Based on Letraset Eclat.
The Image Club version of Eclat, available at MyFonts is also a match, except for the cursive _r_.

Custom by the props department for Star Wars, The Force Awakens.
Perhaps hade by editing Velvenda Cooler. Or simply made from scratch.
For the uppercase letters, Monotype's Scotch Roman is a better fit than Nick Shinn's Scotch, but the lowercase is based on a larger point size and does not come as close as Scotch Micro. Combine the two fonts and a close recreation of the page can be produced.
