Agree with Fantombubbles, Looks to be the Thalia modified, S's upper bar stretched, p's descender stretched with rotated serif.

Looks like the bottoms of the T's have been altered a little and the 2nd T has some of distress deleted. The rubber stamp borders was removed,but other than that looks like it.

Looks like Light and Bold versions of Serifa (or URW Egyptienne)

Looks like Estienne stretched out, RIP and INGANG are also the same font

May not be a font. E's are not the same.
