What font is used for the "WGEM" text?

Although the "H" is different, this free font is very similar.

This is about as close as you'll get, while having a usable font. It isn't the actual font, but very close to it.

I have been trying to find out what font is used for Jeff Gordon's #24 and Jimmie Johnson's #48, but can't seem to find it. I hope someone is able to identify what font is used for the 48.
