I found an article about the story behind the making of logo. https://www.worldofrisen.de/article_45.htm It doesn't contain which font was used or if it is a hand-drawn logo. I contacted him and asked him to answer here. I hope he will answer. Good luck with finding answer.

Ryan Brotherston spent a long time piecing together multiple sources (recordings of 120 Minutes, etc.) to achieve the most accurate font he could.
His font is called Grunge and he did good job. The only important difference is that your example is less bold than his font.
