you can get regular ttc files by using an online converter
I assume you mean "ttf files."
Yep -- my mental spellcheck was on pause
BTW wonderful font for legibility. Lots of variations in the collection makes it tops for applications from small screens to club logos, as in the WOLVERINES logo.
Despite being created by a master font designer it is almost unknown.

Designed by Matthew Carter for Microsoft and can be found on recent MS computers in ttc [truetype collection] format.
If this is awkward for you to use, you can get regular ttc files by using an online converter such as transfonter
https://transfonter.org/ttc-unpack
Font Forge, a free font editor available for download, can open ttc files.
p.s. The font restrictions do not restrict editing of the font. But there is no info in the font on whether Microsoft allows it to be converted from ttc to ttf.

Custom but influenced by Koloss/Sonrisa [suggested by Twentyoneg].
Can't say if the letters were made by modifying one of these fonts, or were drawn from scratch based the style.
Compare the letters to Sonrisa Black, width squeezed to 65 percent:
Close but not an exact match.

Gunsmoke Hunter, by About Type, is a redraw of Beton with the style of _K_ used in GUNSMOKE.
If the word GUNSMOKE is an overlay of a digital font on a scene from the old TV series, then Hunter Bold can be marked as an exact match.

Gunsmoke Predigital?
Revised:
Beton Bold, designed by Heinrich Jost for Bauersche Giesserei in 1931 is a match. The metal font included a _K_ with a curved leg as well as a _K_ with a straight leg.
The digital Beton Bold uses the straight leg _K_.

AFAIK no digital version.
The closest match found to these heavy Roman letters with irregular outlines, is an early 20th century font called Buffalo by the H.C. Hansen Foundry of Boston.
Also sold as Columbia by the Amsterdam Typefoundry and as Kolonial by Woellmer. Slight differences.
Perhaps the image uses a film type era version.
Here is Buffalo:
Other fonts in this "Rugged Roman" style include Post Old Roman, and Moreland/Blanchard.
For an approximate substitute, you can try Octin College Bold and squeeze the width. You would need to edit the diagonal on _S_.
The regular weight is free here on Dafont, but it is too light for this to work.

Custom lettering for the team, which may or may not have been made into a proprietary font.
I made some substitute letters that approximate the team letters:

The letters differ from most letters in this chamfered, i.e. cut-off corners style, in that the the cuts are deeper vertically than horizontally.
Usually the cuts are at 45 degrees. Note also that the horizontal strokes are thicker than the vertical strokes. This suggests that the letters were orginally made with a wider pattern and were squeezed horizontally to make this result.
For example, my substitute letters would look like this if they had corner cuts closer to 45 degrees:
So to find a substitute for the team letters, you could find a wider chamfered font and squeeze the width. Some letters, such as _S_, and perhaps _R_ and _K_ would have to be edited or made from scratch.

Custom for the brand.

I did not find anything closer than Shango Gothic, suggested by Twentyoneg.

Air Corps JNL is somewhat similar.
USAAF Stencil is very close. Clip the terminals on _9_ and _3_ and it is virtually identical. Just add a shadow effect and you are there.
Custom, but I agree that it seems inspired by Globe Gothic or a similar thick and thin font.
Here is Globe MN bold & condensed, at the same scale as the image:
The only very different letter is _P_.
