This "font" has a ton of effects added to it in Photoshop, see this instructional video for adding effects... http://alturl.com/gr5gf
It should trace well in Illustrator, it has pretty clean edges.

Not a font... the letters are inconsistent... This is hand-drawn/written... Notice the differences in the two "t" letters...
Against my better judgement to identify stuff like this... Contributing to the delinquency of a nation...
