Clock numerals are generally custom designs. High contrast for this one perhaps inspired by a Bodoni font.

Hey Don this font really reminds me of the one I asked for
and it looks Like something that Bell Punch would have used

Indicia

Differences from your sample and my tickets, but agree Indicia could have been based on one of the number sets created for the Bell Punch machine. A good choice for a substitute.

Denver is a compressed version of Schroeder's DeVinne, with some minor differences. The bold weight is in the ball park, but is not an exact match.

Looks like a version of a bold condensed weight of a font called DeVinne that was designed by Gustav Schroeder in 1892, and expanded to many weights and widths in the following decade. The name DeVinne is now used for a different design.
A lighter and wider version of Schroeder's DeVinne is available from Wooden Type Fonts

The lettering, which may or may not have been turned into a font or pair of fonts, seems derived from Norse runes.
Note that while the letters have a similar style, they are different on the label and in the credits. See _E_, _O_, _A_ etc.
AFAIK, there is no matching font, but there are similar fonts such as Norse.

Kursivschrift Stehend is the closest so far for the_4_ but does not have serifs.

Carattere suggerito: Kursivschrift Stehend

Hercules Bold is not quite a match for _4_ but has an open top and the numbers are somewhat similar to the Bell punch machine.

Carattere suggerito: Hercules

Generally matches the numbers used by the Bell Punch Company Ltd., London
These were sequential numbers stamped by a machine. Several versions, some with open _4_ others closed.
A few tickets produced by a Bell machine:

The numbers are derived from a condensed Clarendon/Besley Clarendon
AFAIK nobody has made a digital version of the Bell numbers.
You can get a somewhat similar effect by using Crash Numbering by Psyops.

Not a font.
Some similar fonts, but AFAIK nothing identical.
