It's ORATOR STD

The bands is "eths" who was a french metal band. This is the only most clear picture I've found (on the net) to identify the font I was looking for.

Because it is only used in the booklet and on the back cover of "SOMA's album" and nowhere else. It's really tiny and tied so I untied the letters to hope help more, the original version is below the untied version. It look likes a cursive font school but not handwritten.

I could try to scan the booklet, but I don't know if that could help because it's way more tiny that the picture attached to that post..

Anyway thanks, it's been more than 12 years than I'm searching for that font. The band itself cannot remember what font was used at Soma's era..
