Pretty sure it’s Corinthia, from Google’s type collection. A designer did some modifications (thickening the stroke, and horizontal compression at least) to get to your sample.

Glad to help a little. I had no luck with the script, so hopefully someone else can grab the baton.
It looks like the typeface is Corben, 400 weight. I think the distressing and the filled-in characters (like an old typewriter) were added by the designer.
