Could be Swiss 721 rounded (Modified... Cars sheared manually)? I'm struggling to find ANY rounded italic fonts with the same letterforms...
Arial Rounded quite close too, but again, no italic version.
Dolly Dots Modified (delete the circle top left in the '1')?

1. It isn't Century Gothic (At least, not all of it because the 'M's wrong)

Could be Bauer Bodoni Bold Condensed
The 'ee's are basically other letters from the font, so the Eyesis ee started life as Gs. That's true of the other 4 fonts too. Photoshop, Illustrator, Inkscape or whatever editing package is your weapon of choice to Modify. They are NOT letters from other fonts, so stop the hunt and fire up the editor.
