Georgia. If you're on Windows or Mac, you should have this pre-installed.

It's quite small, but I think it's Copperplate Gothic. If you're on Windows and have MS Office, you should have it, and if you're on a Mac, there's a version called simply "Copperplate."

There's a commercial version of it called "Balloon," but Bazooka should work for you.
