I'm sorry I didn't test it before my answer. It's actually Helvetica Bold manually slanted 11 degrees.

Thanks for pointing this out. It was so obviously Coronet that I hadn't noticed. To my knowledge, no version of Coronet (or Ribbon 131) have alternate characters.
