Ok I got it guys. I found the name of this font when I was surfing for new fonts. If anyone is curious about this font, I left the name of it down the comment section.

I believe it is a custom font that is created for NCT 127 (Irregular era) and I really don't know how and where can Jaeguchi get this font, I mean, is Jaeguchi under SM Entertainment? (lol just kidding)

Umm... how? Like, it is a kind of video so how can I change it? Like change the font or change the color? IT IS A KIND OF VIDEO and we can't change it, we've been making the same template for years and if we changed the template it will become another kind of video. I really want to create another template but it was all fail because people get used to this template so much and we just can't change it. [Sorry for my English]

It is "Reliable", but in lowercase letters.
